MENA Impact Women hosted an online seminar entitled: Fake News in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: How to Distinguish Truth from Lies, Protect Yourself and Help Those Around You.
As AI makes it increasingly easy to create realistic images, videos, voices and even entire news stories, distinguishing truth from falsehood is becoming more challenging. The seminar will explore how misinformation can affect people’s decisions and everyday lives, how to recognise misleading content, and what practical steps individuals can take to protect themselves and help those around them navigate information more safely.
