Jusooruha means “Her Bridges” in Arabic
The name represents two forms of bridge-building for girls and women from across the MENA region: inner bridges, developed through MENA Impact Women’s programmes, and external bridges, created through its regional community
The inner bridges connect knowledge, abilities and lived experience to a clearer sense of direction. The external bridges connect girls and women across countries, cultures and professional paths
The magazine takes inspiration from Hypatia of Alexandria, the philosopher, mathematician and teacher whose legacy represents intellectual courage, independent thought and the power of knowledge
Jusooruha is the editorial space of MENA Impact Women, featuring content created by girls and women from its regional community
Through articles, reflections and ideas, members share their knowledge, perspectives and experiences, contributing to a collective vision for a better future across the MENA region
مجلة جسورها
يجسّد الاسم نوعين من الجسور التي تبنيها الفتيات والسيدات من خلال برامج منصة مينا لسيدات التأثير: جسور داخلية تتشكّل وجسور خارجية تنشأ عبر مجتمعها الإقليمي
تربط الجسور الداخلية بين المعرفة والقدرات والتجارب الحياتية من جهة، وبين وضوح الاتجاه والغاية من جهة أخرى. أما الجسور الخارجية، فتصل بين الفتيات والسيدات عبر البلدان والثقافات والمسارات المهنية المختلفة
تستمد المجلة إلهامها من هيباتيا الإسكندرانية، الفيلسوفة وعالمة الرياضيات والمعلّمة التي يجسّد إرثها الشجاعة الفكرية، واستقلالية التفكير، وقوة المعرفة
جسورها هي المساحة التحريرية لمنصة مينا لسيدات التأثير، وتقدّم محتوى تكتبه فتيات وسيدات من مجتمع المنصة الإقليمي
ومن خلال المقالات والتأملات والأفكار، تشارك العضوات معارفهن ورؤاهن وتجاربهن، ويسهمن في صياغة رؤية جماعية لمستقبل أفضل لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا
