Pilot Programme 2026

The MENA Impact Women Strategic Empowerment Programme — Level 1 was delivered online from 16 May to 18 July 2026, bringing together ten girls and women from Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria with different ages, educational backgrounds and professional experiences—from recent graduates to employees seeking a more meaningful direction and women already running their own activities.

Through six practical modules, mentoring, workshops and peer exchange, participants recognised their existing skills, clarified their professional value, explored projects, career and income opportunities, and developed a three-year Strategic Professional Development Plan as their final project.

The journey helped them move from dispersed experience or early ideas towards a clearer direction, a first concrete milestone and a long-term path of growth, agency and investment in themselves.

Eight participants completed the pilot: seven graduated with Professional Impact Profiles, while one transitioned into a formal leadership role within MENA Impact Women. The pilot showed how girls and women of different ages and backgrounds can become active contributors to society and turn their capabilities into actions with positive impact in their communities.
