HerSkills Bank is a professional exchange space created by MENA Impact Women for women who complete the first level of the Academy.
It allows graduates to share their skills, request support from fellow women and girl graduates of the Academy, collaborate on projects, and grow through a structured point-based exchange system.
1. Graduate profiles
Each graduate has a profile showing her expertise, skills, language, country, and project area.
2. Request a skill
A graduate can request support from another woman or girl who has graduated from the Academy by submitting a clear exchange request.
3. Platform approval
MENA Impact Women reviews the request, checks eligibility and available points, then approves the exchange.
4. Exchange session
The women meet online for one professional session of up to 60 minutes.
5. Confirmation and points
After the session, both participants confirm completion. Points are then updated by the platform.
1 Exchange Unit = 1 professional support session of up to 60 minutes.
The woman who offers a skill earns points.
The woman who receives support uses points.
Access to HerSkills Bank is reserved for women who have completed the 1st Level of the MENA Impact Women Academy.
